The Hills hottie was spotted coming out of the United Talent Agency office building in Los Angeles, California following a business meeting.

Miss Conrad looked simple-yet-sexy as she passed the paparazzi, sporting a black jacket, black top, slim-fit jeans, and black flats and carrying a bottle of SmartWater.

The night before, LC enjoyed schmoozing with fellow celebrities at the 10th Annual Academy Awards Celebration Dinner and After-Party benefitting Children Uniting Nations along with her bestie Lauren Lo Bosworth.

She loves a swanky Hollywood party, and last night Lauren Conrad was spotted living it up at the 10th Annual Academy Awards celebration Dinner and After-Party benefiting Children Uniting Nations.

Accompanied by BFF Lauren "Lo" Bosworth, both Hills hotties looked amazing as they hammed it up for the paparazzi, with LC sporting a grey and silver sequined minidress with back stockings and black heels while Lo donned a black and grey spaghetti-strap dress with black peep-toe heels.

Miss Conrad and Miss Bosworth both recently returned from an amazing Hawaiian getaway where they filmed scenes for the upcoming Season 5 of The Hills.

Lauren and Lo were joined by pals Audrina Patridge, Brody Jenner among others as they lived it up on the Island of Oahu.

Lauren Conrad's Flirtatious Feathers

Lauren Conrad spends the night at the Pur Jeans Halloween Party at STK in West Hollywood, Calif. on Friday night.

The 22-year-old Hills star has just partnered with Campus Solutions, Inc., and TheQuad.com to bolster the awareness of The Lauren Conrad Collection. Campus Solution, Inc. will deploy a small army of its brand ambassadors to each of the schools where they will engage students, distribute branded materials and promote to sorority sisters at their houses and during chapter meetings.

Lauren will be the spokesperson and featured host of each runway show along the tour.

Lauren Conrad Honors Hope

Lauren Conrad (in Diane von Furstenberg) shows her support for The Hope Honors hosted by the Avon Foundation at Cipriani 42nd Street on Tuesday in New York City.

Hope Honors recognized outstanding leaders who provide hope, support, help, and healing, in the fight against breast cancer and domestic violence. This annual event has raised over $15.6 million since its inception in 2001.

On The Late Show with David Letterman earlier this week, Dave asked Lauren what Brody does, and she responded "He's very good looking. He's been on The Hills, and works on a jewelry and clothing line."
