On Monday's episode of The Hills, Heidi Montag penned an apology note to former BFF Lauren Conrad. Lauren's coworker an pal Whitney Port, who's getting her own spin-off series, read the note aloud:"I just wanted to tell you how sorry I am about everything. I'm so sorry for every negative or hurtful comment I've ever said. That is not how I feel or who I am. I think you are a great person and I will always cherish our memories. Thank you for everything you have ever done for me. I really wish things hadn't turned out this way but I take responsibility. This whole thing has also been really hard for me.
Sincerely, Heidi Montag"
Lauren basically says she can never be friends with Heidi as long as Heidi's boyfriend Spencer Pratt is around. Later in the episode, Spencer gets angry after he finds out that Heidi apologized to Lauren without his knowing.
DO YOU THINK Heidi's apology was sincere???

I really think Heidis apoligize was
honest to LC. I just think she gets throughn between her feelings for Spencer and her ex best friend. I can also add that i reeeally think spencer gets more and more psycho för every episode. It's wierd how Heidi can't see that and sticks to him. REALLY wierd.....

but I agree, it would be hard for Lauren to be around both Heidi and Spencer b/c he's a douche, always saying the wrong things.
