Though she's mostly known for her Reality TV career, Lauren Conrad's secret passion has always been fashion design. And yesterday she looked cool and confident at her Mercedes-Benz LA Fashion Week Spring 2009 show.The Hills hottie was spotted backstage at Smashbox Studios, putting the finishing touches on her models, as well as giving a few interviews.
And it seems LC's new line has piqued the interest of some Hollywood celebrities.
With her fashion design career getting stronger and stronger, Lauren has been seriously contemplating her exit from her MTV hit reality show. She told press, "It's coming to a point where I love this show so much, but I'm ready to kind of walk away. I've been doing it for five years now. Five years on TV is a really, really long time."
Conrad also commented that she's ready for a normal life. "It's more difficult when not only everyone knows about your problems, but they make them worse because things escalate and things get twisted. Its hard to have an actual friendship be torn apart in the media."
