Always a fan of a good time, Lauren Conrad was spotted arriving at the Us Weekly Hot Hollywood issue launch party last night (April 22).The Hills hottie was more than happy to work it for the paparazzi on the red carpet, sporting a ruffled white spaghetti-strap dress with strappy black heels.
Earlier in the day, Miss Conrad made sure to get in some all-important girl time with gal pal Lo Bosworth.
Both ladies looked to be enjoying themselves as they exited Barney's New York in Beverly Hills after a delightful afternoon of retail therapy.
