Out trying to boost interest in her new book, Lauren Conrad ventured over to a Barnes & Noble bookstore in New York City on Thursday afternoon June 18.Looking cute in a comfy blouse with black shorts, the Hills hottie proudly held up a copy of LA Candy before taking a seat for the day’s autograph session.
Earlier in the day, Miss Conrad made another promotional stop - this time visiting the Live with Regis and Kelly show.
Talking about her new book, LC explained, “It’s inspired by my experience on The Hills. Because I went through it and there was this whole other story taking place off-camera and a lot of times it almost seemed, you know in our worlds, to upstage our on-camera life. So I thought it would be interesting to tell the story that happens behind a reality show.”
