Lauren Conrad is all smiles in a navy chiffon gown she designed for herself for the 2008 Primetime Emmy Awards held at Nokia Theatre on Sunday (September 21) in Los Angeles.The 22-year-old Hills star is set to present at the ceremony. Lauren and last season's Project Runway winner Christian Siriano also designed gown for the trophy girls this year.
